User Testing

The script for this session started with some follow-up questions from the last session about Asset Library. The first question focused on getting feedback on setting usage, the second did on bulk edit, and the third did on the focal rectangle feature. There was only one task for bulk edit, as producers' real workflow does not involve a lot of bulk editing, and thus realistic scenario was very limited.

We provided separate sheet for the participants to follow the script while thinking out loud. For focal rectangle feature, we aimed to observe the producers' natural course of action when asked to adjust the focus of the photos.

At the end of the session, we provided a rating sheet to the participants to numerically rate their experience of bulk editing as well as using focal rectangle.
