Discovery

Microsite discovery consisted of an initial workflow walk through. We followed this up with a more detailed second discovery consisting of in-depth questions to understand user needs. We prepared a script for both discovery sessions.

During the initial discovery session, USA’s producer demonstrated her workflow in-depth while we screenrecorded.

Main use case and purpose for Microsite

• Mini-sites with content related to a specific series, tailored to look like a separate website with its own navigation and aesthetics

We took notes while rewatching the session video and combined it with insights from our follow-up questions.
