User Testing

The script for this session started with some background questions regarding their current workflow of creating media gallery. Tasks that follow the questions provided mock data to create a media gallery on both desktop as well as mobile. The tasks extensively listed all the available actions within the creation of the gallery, including uploading from the local, choosing photos from library, applying gallery caption, and rearranging of photos.

We provided the participants with both web and mobile tasks to create a media gallery with specific examples that resembled their real workflow.

At the end of the session, we provided a rating sheet to the participants to numerically rate their experience of creating and editing media galleries.
