Discovery

We prepared a script to understand the users’ current workflow. We started with a general prompt to see how A-Spot are created in their current CMS, and we followed up with more specific questions as users’ went through the workflow.

During the discovery session, producers from USA demonstrated their workflow in-depth while we screenrecorded.

Main use case and purpose for Microsite

• A-Spot is the first and top-most spot on the web page that gets the most views from the visitors. There are call to action buttons with labels that invite the user to click and explore other pages on the site.


• Producers create A-spots for the homepage and show’s landing pages. They set which elements to display as well as where on the image those elements will go.

We took notes while rewatching the session video to fully extract and understand the users’ current workflow.
