User Testing

Before the user testing, we prepared the tasks and questions using the content and collection listing pages.

Using the listing pages does not involve extensive workflow, so the tasks in this session are fairly simple and to the point. In this session, we especially focused on gathering feedback on the mobile experience.

The participants got the task part of the script along with the instruction to think-aloud.

When the time permitted, we used the rating sheet on the right to numerically gauge the filter listing page experience.
